EU Right of Withdrawal
Effective Date: 23 October 2026
If you live in the European Union and ordered from us online, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This right applies to orders delivered to an address in the EU and sits alongside our Shipping & Returns policy.
1. How to withdraw
Click Withdraw from contract here, or email info@elevatedluxurystudio.com with your name, order number and the pieces you are returning, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send the pieces back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
2. Return shipping
As permitted under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, return shipping is at your cost. We will send you a prepaid return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Your refund
We will refund the amount you paid for your pieces, less the cost of your return label, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. As the law allows, we may hold the refund until the pieces are back with us, or until you send proof that they are on their way, whichever comes first.
Every return is inspected on arrival. Where a piece does not meet the conditions set out in section 4, Condition of pieces, we will deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
4. Condition of pieces
You may handle and try on a piece only as you would in a store, to check its fit, fabric and finish. To receive a full refund, pieces must be returned:
- unworn, unwashed and unaltered;
- free from makeup, stains, fragrance or any sign of wear, use or damage;
- with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
Where a piece comes back in any other condition, we will deduct the loss in value from your refund, as permitted under Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where a piece can no longer be sold, that deduction may be up to its full price.
5. Exceptions
Gift cards and personalised pieces are excluded, as set out in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6. Your legal guarantee
Every piece sold to a customer in the European Union carries a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a piece is faulty or not as described and the fault becomes apparent within two years of delivery, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or full refund. The guarantee covers faults only, not a change of mind or normal wear. It does not affect your right of withdrawal.
