When will I receive my pre-order?
Pre-order shipping dates are estimated on the product page of that particular style. Once you place your pre-order, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped first, with the pre-order items dispatched separately once available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Due to our limited production runs, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or style.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.

What if I receive a faulty item?
We thoroughly inspect each piece before dispatch.
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact info@elevatedluxurystudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will work swiftly to resolve the matter.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes, we welcome internationalreturns.

What fabrics do you use?
Our collections are crafted from high-quality, premium fabrics, including natural fibres, low-impact blends and meticulously premium textiles selected for their quality, feel and longevity. Each product page details the fabric composition.
How should I care for my E.L.S pieces?
Care instructions are included on each product page and on the garment care label. Each E.L.S order also comes with a care guide on how to care for all our farbics, from silk, wool, alpaca and cotton. We recommend following these guidelines as they will help maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces.
